Latino Week yearbook photo spread, 1983

Felipe Luciano and Stephen Bunker spoke on campus during the first Latino Week on campus in November 1982. The Latino Student Alliance organized the event at a time when approximately 100 Latinx students attended Bradley University. During the event, Luciano spoke of the push for representation of Black and Latinx peoples in media while Bunker spoke about human rights movements in Central and South American countries.
