Westlake Hall rededication program, 2012

Title

Westlake Hall rededication program, 2012

Description

Welcoming students since 1897, Westlake Hall is one of two original campus buildings, and it's also the first structure in the United States built exclusively as a school for watchmaking. Originally Horology Hall, the building was renamed in 1931 in honor of the dean of horology, Allen T. Westlake. The facility housed the horology department until its closure in 1961. Today the College of Education and Health Sciences and the Institute for Principled Leadership in Public Service call Westlake home. Today's renovated building was rededicated in 2012.
