21st Annual Interscholastic Track Meet medal, 1926

This medal was awarded during the 21st Annual Interscholastic Track Meet on campus. Bradley was one of the first colleges in the region to inaugurate an Interscholastic Track and Field meet for high school athletes and it was considered a "red letter" event. Bradley invited high schools around the state to come and compete in Peoria. This event grew to include literary and music contests as well. The Meet is one example of Bradley’s long history of community and regional partnerships and collaborations.
